Service Description
Once a month, we team up with Elevate Eleven for our Candlelight Soundbath & Breathwork evening. A chance to slow right down and reset. Starting with guided breathwork to release tension, followed by a full sound bath to help you properly switch off. Come as you are and let the sound do the rest.

Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and preparation involved in running each class, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours or failure to attend will result in being charged a £5 fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your booked class. Thank you for your understanding and support.
