Join me & the lovely Elevate Eleven for the perfect Saturday. 30 minutes of Breathwork bringing you out of a busy week and into a state of relaxation, followed by 45 minutes of Soundbath. Leaving you floating into the following week.

Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and preparation involved in running each class, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12–24 hours of the class start time will incur a £5 late cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours or failure to attend will result in being charged the full class fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your booked class. Thank you for your understanding and support.
