Our 1:1 or 2:1 Private Sessions offer personalized attention to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our experienced instructors are here to guide you on your wellness journey.
Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and preparation involved in running each class, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12–24 hours of the class start time will incur a £5 late cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours or failure to attend will result in being charged the full class fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your booked class. Thank you for your understanding and support.
